Terms & Conditions of Access and Purchase
By accessing this private online shop and selecting “Agree”, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Confidential Access
This private online shop and all content within it are confidential. All designs, prints, artwork, and images displayed in this private gallery are the intellectual property of Ruby June unless otherwise stated. Access is granted for viewing and purchasing purposes only.

2. No Copying, Screenshots, or Replication
By agreeing to these terms, you agree that you will not copy, screenshot, download, reproduce, replicate, redraw, trace, modify, or use any designs, prints, artwork, or ideas from this private gallery for your own brand, business, or any third party.

3. Purchase and Exclusive Ownership Rights
When a print/design is purchased, the buyer receives full and exclusive rights to use that specific print/design for their brand. Once sold, that print becomes exclusive to the buyer and will not be resold or reused by Ruby June.
Rights transfer only for the specific design that has been purchased. All other designs remain the property of Ruby June.

4. Use of Purchased Prints
You may only use prints that you have purchased. You may not use, adapt, modify, or take inspiration from any prints that you have not purchased.

5. Print Adjustments and Technical Changes
If the buyer requires minor adjustments to a purchased print for production purposes (such as colour adjustments, scale changes, repeat corrections, or small technical modifications required for printing), Ruby June may provide these adjustments free of charge.
This applies only to minor production-related changes and does not include redesigning, creating new colourways, altering the artwork significantly, or creating new prints from the original design. Any major design changes or additional versions may be subject to additional fees.
Only Ruby June may modify or alter the original print files. Buyers are not permitted to modify, edit, or alter the artwork themselves or through third parties without permission.

6. Sharing and Distribution
You agree not to share, distribute, forward, or show any designs from the private gallery to any other person, company, or third party.

7. Intellectual Property
All designs remain the intellectual property of Ruby June until a design is purchased. Only the purchased design transfers exclusive usage rights to the buyer.

8. Liability
Ruby June is not liable for any losses, damages, or legal issues arising from the use of purchased designs. The buyer is fully responsible for how the design is used in their products, branding, manufacturing, and business activities.

9. File Responsibility
After final files are delivered, the buyer is responsible for storing and backing up their files. Ruby June is not responsible for lost, deleted, or corrupted files after delivery.

10. No Refunds
Due to the digital and exclusive nature of the prints and design files, all sales are final and non-refundable once a design has been purchased and files have been delivered.

11. Breach, Copyright Infringement and Unauthorised Use
If any design, print, or artwork from the private gallery is copied, screenshotted, reproduced, modified, or used without purchase and permission, this will be considered copyright infringement and breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Ruby June reserves the right to:

Revoke access to the private gallery immediately

Refuse future sales

Take legal action where necessary

12. Right to Refuse or Revoke Access
Ruby June reserves the right to refuse access to the private shop or revoke access at any time if these Terms & Conditions are breached.
